Newlands, Weybridge

A two-storey, new build house close to the river Thames in Weybridge, the house was designed to be raised out of the ground above the flood level and features a cantilevered staircase and exposed concrete walls.

The house is super efficient and made with an insulated concrete formwork (ICF) so the house has very low energy demands and boasts some beautiful joinery and cabinetry work.
