We are a small architectural practice based in Southwest London, specialising in residential projects with occasional commercial work across London and the southeast of England. While most of our projects are local, we’ve worked as far afield as the south of France, Northamptonshire, Brentwood in Essex, and Bath.

Our team of six includes three architects, one architectural assistant, and two administrative staff, enabling us to deliver a diverse range of projects. We’re the perfect size to balance personalised service with the capacity to handle complex challenges — small enough to care, large enough to cope.

Over the past 21 years, we’ve completed more than 1,000 projects, from the refurbishment of compact flats to designing new stands for a football club.

Surrey

Over the years, we have worked on numerous projects across Surrey, including properties on the St George’s Hill Estate in Weybridge and the Meadway and Black Hills estates in Esher. We have also built new homes in Farnham, Guildford, Kingston upon Thames, Wallington, Shamley Green, Pyrford, and West Byfleet, to name just a few. Our extensive experience gives us a deep understanding of the unique local issues and concerns of the various planning departments within Surrey’s councils.

Central London

We have been privileged to work on a variety of high-end projects in Central London. These include properties on the Grosvenor Estate, in Belgravia and Westminster, large family homes in Notting Hill, and homes in The Boltons in Kensington and Chelsea. Our projects have included the addition of new basement floors, full refurbishments of flats, and transformations of mews houses, demonstrating our expertise in managing complex, large-scale renovations.

Southwest London

Our practice has been based in Wimbledon SW19 for the past 21 years, apart from a brief period following the pandemic. Operating from our small shop on the bustling Leopold Road high street, we have completed a wide range of projects in Wimbledon Village, the John Innes Conservation Area in Merton Park, The Heaver Estate in Tooting, Southfields’ Grid, and the areas between the commons in Clapham and Battersea. Additionally, we have designed new homes for clients in Ealing, Clapham, and Richmond, among other locations.

UK and beyond

While our focus is on London and the southeast, we are prepared to work on projects throughout the UK and internationally. In the past, we have successfully delivered projects abroad, demonstrating our ability to adapt and meet the needs of clients wherever they may be.
